Where Pennsylvania HVAC contractors find commercial bids

Most contractors use more than one of these. Free public portals such as PennBid and PA DGS are where you actually download documents and submit bids. ExpansionSignal doesn't replace them. It does the searching across them and other public records, and shows you only the projects likely to involve commercial HVAC work.

Competitor details were taken from each company's official website on October 25, 2026. Prices change, so confirm on their sites before deciding.

How we decide what's open for bidding

A future deadline isn't proof you can bid. We only label a record a Verified Open Opportunity after checking the official solicitation. Everything else is shown as a research candidate or historical project, with a link to the source so you can check it yourself.
